HOW TO USE
2-Day Detox Pre-Rid Tablets
- Day 1: Take 3 tablets every hour for 5 hours (15 tablets total). Eat a variety of high-fiber foods and lean protein sources. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while detoxing. Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
- Day 2: Repeat steps for 1 more day.
Detox Liquid
- On the last day, 2 hours after completing your last set of pre-ride tablets, drink half of the detox liquid with 16 oz of orange juice or distilled or filtered tap water.
- Do not eat or drink any more fluids for two hours. After two hours, take the remaining half of the detox liquid.
- Next, fast for another two hours. After that, eat and drink normally.
Toxin Rid Fiber (optional after day of completing the first two stages of your detox)
- One hour before, mix the Toxin Rid fiber in 8 oz. of distilled or filtered tap water.
- Within two minutes, drink the mixture.
- After 15 minutes, drink 16 oz. of water. Do not drink more orange juice or water.
