HOW TO USE
Instructions for Pre-Rid Tablets
- On the first day, take three tablets every hour for five hours, for a total of 15 tablets.
- Remember to eat plenty of high-fiber foods and lean protein, which are also beneficial for weight loss, and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Repeat these steps for the next six days.
Toxin Rid Detox Liquid
- On the last day of the kit, two hours after you complete your last set of pre-rid tablets, drink half of the detox liquid with 16 oz. of orange or lemon juice or distilled or filtered tap water.
- Do not eat or drink any more fluids for two hours.
- After two hours, take the remaining half of the detox liquid.
- Next, fast for two more hours before you can eat and drink normally again.
Toxin Rid Fiber
- This is an optional step after completing the first two stages of your detox.
- Mix it in 8 oz. of distilled or filtered tap water an hour before consuming the Toxin Rid fiber.
- Drink the mixture within two minutes, and after 15 minutes, drink 16 oz. of water. Do not drink more orange juice or water.
